Part Two ….Weigh In & Measurements

Ok so it’s 10pm, I just woke up from a 6 hour nap…WHAT!?! This has kinda been an on going thing/habit (I dunno) since I got back from Italy. So don’t really think it is the affect of my 1st day haha, but I did say I’d share all of my symptoms good or bad, so there you go….oh and one more thing. My mouth was a bit sour.

Even tho it is 10pm, I am dedicated, and will continue on…I need to muster up some energy and do my measurements.

Height = 5 feet 7 1/2 inches

Weight = 122 lbs

BMI= 19.11

Body fat percentage= 9.8% from my scale (unless i'm just an idiot and have no idea how to work my own scale, totally plausible....22.87% from nutridiary...I believe nutridiary!

Neck= 11.875

Bicep= 10

Forearm= 8.75

Waist= 26.25

Hips= 37.5

Thigh 22.5

Calf= 12.75

Temperature= 97.4 (I’m cold…literally, the window is open in my room, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it)

Above will soon be my before pictures…(yup puttin’ myself on blast…now you all can see my not so nice bits….this is a little ridiculing, so please don’t be too harsh)…But! it’s all for the good of humanity, and I am sure there are people out there, that will appreciate this, if not today, someday..Hopefully!

I am hoping that the lines in my forehead, and around my mouth will subside, that the bottom half of my body will become more in proportion with the top, and now to the dreadful part of my body I wish did not exist (for me or any other woman)...I have lived with this since the age of 13, and I seriously!!! weighed 80lbs then, (and i had cellulite, no kidding).....I want that frightful the amount of cellulite to drastically decrease!!!!

I wish I had money to get my blood work done….wouldn’t that be an epic addition to my updates.

Next weigh in & measurements will be on December 5th!

Tomorrow will be my 1st calorie/nutrient & exercise analysis of what I ate and performed today 11/7/2009…so hold tight!

  2. Girl, I'm worried you have an eating disorder. Yor'e 5'7 and 122 pounds??? And how much weight are you looking to lose? Please be careful....
